Grow a Garden Calculator
This Grow a Garden calculator helps you work out what a plant is worth and plan your pets. Choose a plant, pick its mutations and enter its weight in kg to see the value in $. Separate pet tools cover age and XP, egg hatch speed, weight by age and abilities.
Plants are grouped by where they come from: Seed Shop, Exotic Seed Pack, Daily/Ascension Rewards and the seasonal and update events. There is also a BaseValue list, and a search box to find a plant quickly. The pet tools are in the same category list as Pet XP, Egg Hatch Speed, Pet Weight by Age and Pet Ability.
The result is a straightforward price estimate, so it is easy to compare how much different plants, weights and mutation setups are worth. To work the other way, switch on Value to Weight Mode, select your mutations, enter a target value and press Update to see the weight in kg that value would need.
The multiplier shown on the page is: (Rainbow/Gold) × (1 + sum of modifiers − number of modifiers). Silver (x5), Gold (x20) and Rainbow (x50) act as the outer multiplier. Every other mutation adds its own value inside the brackets.
For example, Gold with Shocked (x100) and Moonlit (x2) gives 20 × (1 + 102 − 2) = x2,020. The calculator displays this working for whatever you select.
The How to get each mutation? button opens a list of every mutation with its multiplier and source. You can search and sort the mutation buttons, use Max Mutations or Clear Mutations for quick setups, and hide admin mutations. Multipliers follow Grow a Garden wiki data, so they can change when the game updates.
Four pet tools sit alongside the plant calculator. Each one opens in place of the plant inputs when you select it.
Enter a pet's current age and a target age, then add the owls, Brown Mouse, Grey Mouse and Starfish you are using, along with any extra XP/s or XP%. Press Calculate Growth for the result. Use it to see how long a pet takes to grow from one age to another.
Enter the egg's hatch time, your total hatch speed bonus (%) and the number of kiwis and eagles. Press Calculate Hatch Time to see the adjusted time.
Pet Weight by Age takes a pet's current weight in kg and its age, and calculates weight by age. It also shows the pet's weight class. Weight in kg is the size measure used here.
Select a pet in the Pet Ability section, or search for it by name. The inputs for that pet appear below so you can check its ability.
Yes. Select any mutations your plant has and the calculator applies them to its value, including the Silver, Gold and Rainbow growth mutations.
